So Wait What!?!?! VOL. 16 (XVI)

So wait.... Back in Full effect. Volume 16 I brought back Chase Austin as a guest host, and we sat down with the one and only Brian Moses. Brian is the co-creator and an Executive Producer of the "Roast Battle Show" on Comedy Central. Roast battling has become a trend on the comedy scene over the last few years all over the world. Brian is like the "Smack White" of the show, hosting all the battles on the show and at the weekly event they have Tuesday Nights at The Comedy Store Belly Room. We talked about his upbringings as a Military Brat and the few different cities he lived in. How his career and the roast battling show began. I also got to take a short trip down memory lane and we talked about my participation early on in the roasting scene. I can't describe how valuable the experience for myself was watching a show be created from scratch and taking off. So Wait What Vol. 14

Episode 14 (XIV) was one of the most realest episodes!!! I sat and talked with Ty Evans. Out of Chicago, Ty’s story of transitioning from comedy came from a street life and he came on #SoWaitWhat to share it with us. Moving to Memphis, Tennessee, Ty got involved in that life and ended up getting locked up. Coming off of a  Federal prison stint he chopped it up about some of his experiences growing up being raised by his Mom….. his experiences in jail…. The fights….. The food. How he racked up a debt while serving time. Also how he managed to transition from all of that to being out here performing comedy. It was a pleasure to have him on the podcast. So Wait What Volume 12!!!

Volume 12 (XII) comes on Memorial Day weekend so this episode was a two man show. Me (@moviemikescott), sat down with a new comic I've been hanging with out lately, Nate Robinson. Coming from Staten Island, New York, he didn't disappoint telling us how his premature journey in comedy has been. Nate falls asleep pretty much any and everywhere so I was thankful that he was able to stay awake long enough to build with us. We both went back and forth with our views on Trump telling Israel he just came back from the middle east.... while he was still there, North Korea nuke threats,  and we had a battle of who could use the word 'impeachment' in the most creative way. So Wait What?!?!?!?! VOL. 11

Another FIRE episode!!!!! Me (Michael Anthony Scott) and Anyi Malik chilled in the studio with Brandon Bricks (BuzzFeed) who came to chime in. We also had the well known Freeze Luv (House Party 3, Baby Boy, Malcolm and Eddie, Def Comedy Jam ). Freeze is a legendary comic from Altadena that many of us watched movies he appeared in. He told us how Rodney King (Yes that Rodney King) stole his bike, talked about the 92 riots and growing up in Altadena, CA. This volume also turned into a tribute to Charlie Murphy R.I.P. Freeze was on the road with Charlie for 8 years. Freeze also talked about how he helped out Jay Pharaoh (SNL). He also is apart of Corey Holcomb's 5150 podcast where Aries Spears was in an altercation in a few weeks ago. We spoke about that, the FBI translator that got turned out on ISIS sex, and the Fyre Festival fiasco. Share and Review for us!!!!!
